1. Help the customer clearly understand the benefits and features of Twexxt smart sms text messaging solutions
2. Create survey questions with customer or have them choose from survey templates
3. Calculate price and length of agreement
4. Sign agreement
5. Reviews agreement and confirms details
6. Set up payment via check made out to Broadstrokes Inc.
7. Twexxt sets up the survey
8. Teach the customer how to operate the survey and dashboard. Customer approves the survey.
11. Survey goes live and billing cycle begins
12. Help customer develop methods to promote the survey – email, print, Facebook, website.
13. Create and send customer report: # of surveys/month, Survey results
14. Give customer feedback and recommendations on what to do next
15. Check in with customer to see how things are going from their perspective
